Free festive fair in Bexhill supports local charity
People can get into the Christmas spirit and support a good cause at The Sara Lee Trust’s Christmas Fair on Saturday 21 November at Little Common Community Centre in Bexhill.
Nikki Hawes, from the charity, said: “With free entry and something for everyone, the fair is the perfect opportunity to get a head start on your Christmas shopping while supporting local people affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. “Browse a fantastic range of stalls selling gifts, handmade crafts, stocking fillers, winter clothing, decorations and much more. There will also be refreshments, a tombola and, of course, the chance to meet the one and only Father Christmas. “You can also buy tickets for The Sara Lee Trust’s Christmas Draw which has some fantastic prizes up for grabs, including Dining Out Vouchers Bundle worth over £250, a professional 2-room carpet clean worth £165, and a Fantastic Toy Bundle worth over £150, plus more. Cathy Cobley, Fundraising Officer for The Sara Lee Trust, added: “Whether you’re looking for unique Christmas gifts, festive treats or simply a lovely way to spend a Saturday, everyone is welcome at our Christmas Fair, and it’s completely free to attend! Every penny raised will help us continue supporting local people and their families affected by cancer and other life-threatening illnesses, helping to make a difference when they need it most.” The Christmas Fair takes place from 11am to 3pm on Saturday 21 November at Little Common Community Centre, Shepherd’s Close, Bexhill-on-Sea, TN39 4SQ.
