A spokesperson for Southern Water said: “These events are held in communities throughout the South East, where customers can meet our team, learn more about the challenges we face together, and discover how we’re working to make sure we all have Water for Life. Each event is a chance to ask questions and find out more about how we’re improving our performance and supporting our customers.
"We know our customers want to know more about how we’re investing in the future of their water and protecting our environment. That’s why we’re hitting the road to meet you. From understanding how water is treated and supplied, to addressing what we’re doing to reduce storm overflows, these events are part of our commitment to transparency, education, and action.”
