Emergency road closure in East Sussex village for fourth time in a week
A road in an East Sussex village is closed for the fourth time in a week due to a fallen tree, East Sussex Highways has confirmed.
Jevington Road is closed today (Monday, October 26) between Wannock Road and Church Lane due to a fallen tree in the carriageway.
The road was also closed on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday last week (October 21-23).
A spokesperson for East Sussex Highways said: “The road will be reopened once the area has been made safe.
“Thank you.”
