Bonzer has launched Champions, an ongoing community inviting chefs, bartenders, operators and hospitality professionals to connect to the people behind the brand and have a say in the tools of tomorrow.

For nearly 100 years, Bonzer has been making tools for the people who keep hospitality moving. Now, as the brand approaches its centenary in 2027, they are inviting people to become part of the next chapter.
Champions have an opportunity to share their expertise, try new ideas first and get involved in selected launches and events. Bonzer isn't looking for spokespeople. It's looking for people whose experience and judgement it can trust.

What DOES IT MEAN TO BE A CHAMPION?
• Put Bonzer To Work - Champions will receive their own Bonzer kit, chosen around their craft, whether they work in the kitchen, behind the bar or front of house, it’s theirs to keep.
• Have a Say –Champions can share their experiences and give honest feedback on the tools they use. There may also be opportunities to test new products before launch. It's about opening up the conversation and giving the people who know their craft a voice in what comes next.
• Let Bonzer Share Your Story – We believe in the value of a personal connection. The handshake economy is very much alive at Bonzer, and we want to get to know the people behind the craft. What drives them, what makes them stand out and how Bonzer fits into their working day. It's about bringing two crafts together, sharing experiences and celebrating the people who make hospitality special.

• A Little Something From Us - an exclusive Champion discount code for the entire M&C catalogue.
What Bonzer asks in return
Nothing Complicated.
We’d simply love our Champions to put our tools to work and tell the Bonzer Team what they find. The good and the bad, because that is how the next ones get better. What works brilliantly? What could be better? What is missing?

There's no expectation to create content, post on social media or become a spokesperson for Bonzer. No content quotas or promotional commitments tied to the kit or discount. Just honest conversations, shared experiences and products that earn their place.
How to get started
Applications take a couple of minutes at bonzer.co.uk/champions, and are followed by a friendly call with the brand team so both sides can get to know each other. The kit arrives with a welcome pack and simple guidance on how the team can work best. A large following is not a requirement, there is no closing date and no cap on numbers, and the kit stays with the Champion whatever happens next.

Kat Cooper, Brand and Product Director, on the programme: "Some of the best product development conversations we've ever had haven't happened in a meeting room. They've started with someone telling us what happened to one of our tools at eight o'clock on a Saturday night.
That's what Champions is about. We want to get closer to the people actually doing the job. Tell us what works. Tell us what drives you mad. Tell us what we're missing. And if we've made something brilliant, we'd quite like to hear that too.
We're about to turn 100, and we're incredibly proud of what Bonzer has built over the last century. But what excites me most is what comes next.
We could spend the next year talking about our history but we would rather spend it listening to the professionals who use our tools every day, learning from their experiences and continuing to make products that genuinely earn their place.
We've never been a throwaway brand. We believe in making tools that last, that are worth looking after and that continue to do their job, year after year. And the best way to keep doing that is to listen to the people who know them best.”
